Had a need for special item. Bill helped me locate the item on line took the time to explain the process of a special order. He was friendly and courteous made me feel comfortable with my order.
Unbelievable experience. Walked in because I am a novice and my bike just didn’t feel right to me. Pete immediately threw the bike up on the “gurney” and diagnosed the problem. He started working and noticed my girlfriend looking at an e-bike. He implored us to take it outside and try it out. Now this is a machine worth over 3,000 dollars without a scratch on it, and within moments of knowing us he lets us test it out. Mind you, at this point we were very clearly not big spenders yet he still wanted us to have a stellar experience. When we got back in he asked all the questions we had and showed us other cool new tech, and then found me the chain grease I needed for our other bike.
After all of that, he charged us 11 dollars. I was expecting the work alone to cost upwards of 100 dollars, let alone the actual products we bought. When we are ready to upgrade, I will give this store the business without hesitation, and I predict they will be our go to bike shop as we get more into the sport. I’ve written a handful of reviews over the years, but I was so blown away I had to let it be known.
Awesome place. Kept running into delays getting my bike in, so the shop went above and beyond to make sure i was on the bike in a timely fashion. Definitely have earned a customer for life!
My Grandson need a repair to his brake. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Tech said that it was easy repair. Took the bike right in and had it done in 15 min. Great job and thanks for the great service
